Policy

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays with in the United States. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not processed until the following business day. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. If we do not have the item in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation notice. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute during checkout. Credit cards are not charged until the order has been shipped.

Free Standard (Ground) shipping via UPS is available in the continental United States only. Actual shipping time varies by location and varies between 1-7 business days. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and Saturday delivery is not available.

Standard (Ground) shipping via UPS is available in the continental United States. Actual shipping time varies by location and varies between 1-7 business days. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and Saturday delivery is not available. Any orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be $25.00 regardless of purchase amount.

$18.50 UPS Second Delivery
2nd Day Air shipping via UPS 2 business day service is available in the continental United States, for orders placed on business days by 12:00 EST. Orders placed after 12:00 EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on any National Holiday will be shipped the next business day. We do not deliver on Saturdays and 2nd Day Air is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military Addresses.

$27.50 UPS Next Day Delivery
Next Day Air shipping via UPS next business day service is available in the continental United States, for orders placed on business days by 12:00 EST. CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders shipping to Canada must be placed at 239-985-0396. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Additional charges may include duty, brokerage, freight and GST. Canadian credit cards will be charged in AMERICAN dollars.
